Kastalon Rollercovers Kastalon covers protect extrusions from scratches and marring caused by bare metal rollers. The soft, tacky material also helps prevent material from moving once positioned. AVAILABLE ON CS SERIES
Automatic Side Loading System The side loader reduces labor by staging multiple loads of material and automatically loading the backgauge when the saw is ready for the next load. AVAILABLE ON CS SERIES
Outfeed Conveyors Straight outfeed conveyors allow the saw to keep cutting while the operator manages finished parts. The conveyor acts as a buffer station and automatically indexes forward. AVAILABLE ON CS SERIES
Customizable Outfeed Systems Outfeed systems can be configured around the size and handling requirements of finished material, moving cut parts toward packing stations while helping keep the saw in production. AVAILABLE ON CS SERIES
Backgauge Clamping System Backgauge clamping securely holds material to the pusher for tighter cutting tolerances, particularly on odd shapes or longer parts. The system can also remove the final drop and place it into a bin. AVAILABLE ON CS SERIES
Automatic Retaining Device The retaining device is mounted on the pusher and automatically pushes material against the squaring rollers or squaring fence. AVAILABLE ON CS SERIES
Solid Squaring Fence The solid squaring fence is primarily used for plate cutting applications where a long, straight reference edge is required. AVAILABLE ON CS SERIES
Ball Transfers Ball transfers are standard on plate saws and can be used in place of rollers on CS4 and CS5 systems processing solid plate. AVAILABLE ON PLATE SAWS / CS4 / CS5
